Okay--I have learned the importance of the inner groove. The true music inside that just makes you want to get down and boogey. For the longest time I have felt like a visitor or passive bystander in my life. Now I am feeling more me than I have in almost a year. Last night I went to my friend Aaron's funk band house party. Conveniently I was caught on film finding the real groove again--the girl is back. Don't underestimate the power of a funky groove.
