So.  There it is.  The meaning of the tired.  I still don't know what it means.  I am off to the doctor's office to see if I can get some defining points.  Last week they found a. a multi-nodular goiter on my thyroid or b.  cancer. Or both. So. There you go.  Will be back with answers. I hope.
